This warranty request form applies to jobs which have been completed and paid in full. Please refer to the contract attached to the original estimate for full terms and conditions of the warranty for your specific item.
If applying for warranty work, this form must be signed and completed prior to any scheduling of warranty work.
All warranty items will be scheduled with Core Landscape and the customer in agreeance on the date and time for the work to be performed/repaired and scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
By signing this form, you agree to all of the terms and conditions listed in the contract which was sent when the work was performed. Warranty items will be addressed on a first come, first serve basis Monday-Saturday, by appointment only.
